Erased more than $1.000,000. in potential customs penalties by focusing Customs Administrator attention to negative impact on foreign manufacturers.
Resolved communication differences among Mexican and American corporate entities that were instrumental redycingunion issues and operating problems.
Obtained first ISO-9002 and ISO-14000 quality assurance certification in Tijuana for all SANYO Co. factories.
Created an additional profit center by establishing a Customs Broker Agency and a private owned Validation Center, yielded and additional $60,000 monthly net profits.
Obtained a 70% market share for gas controls in Mexico, by an additional $2.3 million order, underwrote Company's go-ahead decision to expand their facilities.
